Log a medication — given, refused, or missed
Every dose given (or not) is logged in the Meds tab. The log doubles as a Medication Administration Record — the same artifact a nurse keeps.
To log a dose:
1. Meds tab → tap the medication
2. "Log dose"
3. Pick status: **Given · Refused · Missed**
4. Time defaults to now (editable)
5. Optional note ("patient took with applesauce", "spat half out")
6. Save
The dose appears immediately in Today and on the Log timeline. Other circle members with read access see it the moment it lands.
Missed-dose alerts:
- If a scheduled dose passes by more than 30 minutes without being logged, the platform fires a missed-dose alert to circle members with the "med-admin" scope.
- Wally tool `care_listAlerts` returns open alerts so you can check before logging that "yes I gave it, just forgot to log."
Why log refusals: refusals are clinical signal too. Three refusals in a row may mean side effects; the prescriber needs to know.
