The care circle — family, caregivers, clinicians
The Team tab is the care circle — every person who has any role in this person's care.
Roles + scopes (any combination):
• **Family** — read-only by default. Sees observations, meds given, handoffs.
• **Caregiver** — read + write observations + log med doses + write handoffs.
• **Clinician** — read everything, plus can edit Plan (diagnoses, providers, pharmacy).
• **Coordinator** — manages the team itself (invites and removes other members).
To invite:
1. Team tab → "+ Add to circle"
2. Email or phone identity (auto-resolves to a Turtini user via the identity graph)
3. Pick scopes
4. Send invite → they accept from their own Personal context
5. They appear in the circle with the scopes you granted; revoke at any time
Why grant-based instead of share-based: the subject of care (the patient) is the canonical owner. When you remove a clinician from the circle, their read access ends instantly — they don't have a copy of the data, they had a permission.
