Reputation — reviews + review requests

Connect a **review profile** (Google / Yelp / Facebook) with its place ID and Campaigns tracks the rating, review count, and recent reviews.

**Request reviews:** send an SMS ask to a segment or tag list — it respects each contact's marketing opt-in, channel preference, and STOP suppression. Ask Wally: "ask our recent customers for a review."

Review platforms use a provider behind `system_secrets/reputation`; sample data shows until a key is configured.
