Social Listening — keyword monitors + automation

Add a **monitor** with keywords (e.g. "downtown norfolk", "waterside") and a platform. Matching mentions appear in the Listening tab with sentiment.

Tie it to action: give a monitor an automation journey, and when a matched mention's author resolves to one of your Contacts (by email), they're auto-enrolled into that journey (trigger type *social mention matched*).

Listening uses a provider behind `system_secrets/listening`. Until a key is configured it shows realistic sample mentions so you can build and test the flow.
