Calendar policy for organization admins
Owners and admins set the policy in "Sharing and settings" > Organization calendar policy:
- What people outside the organization may be given on its calendars: nothing, free/busy only, or up to full details.
- Whether colleagues see each other's work calendars as busy: on (members may turn it off), required, or off.
- How members see the organization calendar.
- How long events are kept after they end. Nothing is purged while a legal hold is active, and edits under a hold keep the earlier version.
- Whether outside scheduling tools may check members' free/busy.
- Whether assistants with send permission may invite people without asking first. Off by default: an assistant's invitations wait in the person's Approvals until they choose to send them.
Rooms and resources: "Add rooms and resources" lists the rooms, spaces, vehicles and equipment your organization already keeps in Turtini. Add one and it becomes a bookable calendar that refuses double bookings.
Export organization calendars downloads every calendar the organization governs, and the export itself is recorded in the audit log, together with every sharing, delegation and policy change.
