Share a calendar or give someone your calendar
Open "Sharing and settings".
Share a calendar with a person, an email address or a whole domain, at one of four levels: see free/busy only, see all details, make changes, or make changes and share. Your organization may limit what people outside it can be given; the form tells you when a level is not allowed.
Your work calendar shows as busy blocks to colleagues by default; you can turn that off unless your organization requires it. Your personal calendar is not shown to colleagues unless you turn on "Colleagues see this calendar as busy". Titles are never part of free/busy.
Delegates: add someone (by an email address they have verified) to manage your calendar. Choose whether they can only make changes or also share, whether they can send invitations for you, and whether they see private events (off by default).
Every sharing and delegation change is recorded in your organization's calendar audit log.
