File a daily field report

Daily reports are the simplest schedule defense you have. Filing them daily — even short ones — turns "I think it rained that week" into a defensible record.

To file:

1. /buildos → Daily reports → "+ File today's report"
2. Date (defaults to today)
3. Weather summary, high/low (or paste a one-line description)
4. Crew on site — free text like "3× framers (Smith Bros), 1× super, 2× plumbers (HydroPro)" — the form parses common shapes
5. Work performed — long-form, what got done
6. Materials delivered (optional)
7. Visitors (inspector, owner walkthrough, etc.)
8. Issues — anything that may become a CO or RFI later
9. "Visible to owner" — defaults on. Toggle off only for sensitive internal-only notes.

Once filed, owner-visible reports stream to the customer's /me/builds page. Internal-only reports stay org-side.

Tip: ask Wally "log today's report on the Smith build — 3 framers, sunny, finished the second floor decking" and the tool will draft the report for you to confirm.
