Import a Showit site into Builder
If your current site was built in Showit, Builder can import it faithfully — recreating the actual layout, not a rough approximation.
How it works:
Start the site import in Builder and give it your Showit site's URL. Turtini detects that it's a Showit site and switches to a structural importer: instead of screenshotting the page and asking AI to redraw it, it reads Showit's underlying layout model directly and rebuilds it as free-form canvas pages in Builder. Fonts, brand color, headings, section backgrounds, images, and per-position placement carry over, and typography is mapped so it scales with the canvas the way Showit does.
What comes across:
• Your homepage plus internal pages (up to 15), discovered by following links.
• Each page as a free-form canvas page with positioned text, images, buttons, and galleries — for both desktop and mobile.
• Theme — primary brand color, heading and body fonts, and your logo where found.
• Images — downloaded into your site's storage (and run through image moderation).
What to expect:
Interactive popups and embedded third-party widgets (iframes) aren't reproduced — they're skipped rather than faked. After import, open the pages in the editor and use the free-form canvas tools to adjust anything (see "Free-form canvas layout"). The import gives you an editable starting point that matches your Showit design; it isn't a one-way lift-and-shift.
