Adding labels, due dates, and assignees

Open any card to access the full editor.

Labels — color-coded tags that organize cards within a board. Click + Label on a card to open the palette editor where you can create new labels (name + color) or apply existing labels to the current card. Labels are board-scoped, so each board has its own palette.

Due dates — pick a date in the Due field. Cards with a due date show the date on their chip in the column.

Assignees — assign one or more teammates to a card. Each assignee gets a notification ("you were assigned to a card") and the card's chip shows their initials.

Cover image — upload an image at the bottom of the card editor. Images flow through the platform's moderation pipeline; covers display once approved (typically within seconds).

Checklist — break a card into smaller items in the editor. Future enhancement: progress badge based on items completed.
