Tagging a teammate, group, account, or opportunity

Anywhere on a board where you can type — card descriptions, card comments, and elsewhere on the platform like account notes — type @ to bring up the mention picker.

You can mention:
• A teammate or partner-org member — they get a notification linking back to the card
• A user group — every member of the group is notified (subject to their notification preferences)
• An account or opportunity — the owner(s) of that record are notified

Why groups matter: instead of @-ing five teammates one by one, mention the group "Proposal Team" once and all current members are notified. The group is dynamic — if you add someone to the group later, they pick up future mentions automatically.

Group setup is in Settings → Groups. Click + New Group, name it, then search for and add teammates from your own org or any partner org.

If you're getting too many group-mention notifications, head to Settings → Notifications and switch group mentions to "Only when I'm a lead in the group" or "Don't notify me — I'll check the group manually".
