Sharing a board with a partner org

Boards can be shared with partner orgs so members of those orgs can view, edit, and comment on cards alongside your team.

To share a board:
1. Open the board and click Settings in the top-right
2. Under Visibility, choose "Shared with partner orgs"
3. The picker below shows every active partner org you have a relationship with — click to toggle each one in or out of the share

Partner-org members will see the board appear in their /boards page automatically. They can open cards, leave comments, link to their own accounts/contacts/opportunities, and be tagged in mentions.

Removing a partner org's access: come back to Settings and click the partner pill again to deselect it. They lose access immediately; the cards survive.

The board owner (your org) is always the only one who can change visibility, archive the board, or change the partner-org list. Partner orgs can't escalate themselves.
