The "Ask Wally" button: page + block context already loaded
The "Ask Wally" pill in the editor toolbar opens the global Wally drawer with the current page + selected block already loaded as context. No need to explain "I'm editing the hero block on the about page" — Wally already knows.
Prompt pre-fill:
• With a block selected: "Help me improve this {block.label} block."
• With no block selected: "Help me improve the '{page title}' page."
You can edit the pre-filled text or replace it entirely. Wally has access to:
• The site's id and the page you're editing
• Which block is selected and its current data
• Your org's enabled modules
• Your org's brand voice samples from prior content
Per-block Wally surfaces:
Beyond the toolbar button, each selected block exposes:
• Wally Rewrite — directive pills (Shorter, Punchier, Friendlier, More specific, Federal tone, In our voice) to rewrite just the block's headline or body
• Quick Styles — curated visual presets (Bold, Soft, Punchy, Elevated, Calm) derived from your brand color
• A/B test this block — one-click experiment-creation (see the A/B testing article)
When asking Wally to MODIFY the page (add a block, restyle, delete), the change goes through an action-card preview-and-confirm gate. Wally never writes without your "Do it" click.
