Legal & regulatory pages — and the footer legal bar

Every Builder site comes with three ready-made legal pages — Privacy, Terms, and Accessibility. They show up in your Pages list like any other page, already filled in with a standard statement personalized to your org. You can leave them exactly as they are, or open one and rewrite it however you like — add, remove, or edit blocks just as you would on any page.

Where they appear:
• Each of the three lives at a clean URL — /privacy, /terms, and /accessibility.
• They are listed automatically in your site footer's legal bar, so visitors can always find them.

Marking a page as "regulatory" (this is what puts it in the footer):
1. Open the page in the Builder and switch the editor to the Blocks view.
2. In the page settings on the right, find the "Legal" section.
3. Turn on "Regulatory page."

That's it — the page now appears in the footer's legal bar on every page of the site. The three built-in legal pages already have this turned on.

Adding your own — for example, a DEI statement:
1. Click "+ New" in the Pages list and give the page a title (e.g. "DEI").
2. Add your content with the usual blocks (a Statement or Text block works well).
3. Open the page's settings and turn on "Regulatory page."

Your new page joins Privacy, Terms, and Accessibility in the footer automatically — no need to edit the footer by hand. Turning the toggle back off removes a page from the footer bar without deleting the page.
