Sharing a canvas — view-only or guest-edit links

You can hand someone a link to a Design Studio canvas — to review it, or to edit it with you — without giving them a Turtini account. It works like a Google-Docs share link.

To share a canvas:
1. Open the canvas in Design Studio.
2. Click "Share" in the sidebar (top-right of the panel). The canvas must be saved first — Design Studio autosaves, so just give it a moment after your first edit.
3. Choose the access level:
• View only — recipients can see the canvas but not change it.
• Can edit — recipients can open the canvas in the editor and their changes save back to your canvas.
4. Optionally set an expiry (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) and a password.
5. Click "Create link" — it's copied to your clipboard automatically.

The link looks like preview.turtini.com/c/your-org-ab12cd and opens with no login required.

What recipients see:
• A view-only link renders every page of the canvas, full quality, read-only.
• A "Can edit" link opens the real Design Studio editor in a guest mode — they can move, edit text, add shapes, and their edits save straight back to your canvas.

Managing the link:
• Regenerate — mints a fresh link and instantly kills the old one (use this if a link leaked).
• Turn off — revokes the link immediately.
• Only one share link is active per canvas at a time.

Security notes:
• The link is the key — anyone with it (and the password, if set) can open the canvas, so only share it with people you trust, and prefer a password + short expiry for edit links.
• Shared canvases are never indexed by search engines.
