Lodging blocks — Rooms and Booking form

If your org has the Lodging module enabled, two lodging blocks are available in the Website Builder for your public site.

Lodging Rooms block:
Displays your room inventory pulled live from the Lodging module.
• Heading and description — editable intro text above the room cards
• Show nightly rates — toggle whether rates appear on each room card
• Show amenities — toggle whether the amenities list appears on each card
• Background — White, Light gray, or Brand color

Adding it: Website Builder → edit a page → + Add Block → Lodging Rooms

Lodging Book block:
A reservation request form guests can fill out on your public site. Submissions go into your Lodging module as pending reservations.
• Heading and description — customizable intro
• Submit button label — defaults to "Request Reservation"
• Success message — shown after a guest submits
• Show phone field — optional phone input
• Require email — toggleable; recommended to leave on so you can confirm reservations

Fields collected: name (required), check-in date, check-out date, adults, children, email, phone (optional), special requests (optional).

Adding it: Website Builder → edit a page → + Add Block → Lodging Book

Submitted requests appear in your Lodging module's Reservations tab with status "Pending." From there you can confirm, modify, or decline the reservation and send a confirmation email.
