Request a payment from anyone

A payment request is the fastest way to collect money: name an amount, say what it's for, and Turtini gives you a link your customer can pay from anywhere — no account, no app.

Create one:
• Wherever you see "Request payment" (Field Service, Retail, Food & Beverage, Events, and more), tap it.
• Enter the amount and a short description of what it's for — for example "Service call — 123 Main St".
• Turtini creates the request and hands you a shareable link. Send it however you like — text, email, or read the QR aloud.

What your customer sees at the link:
• A clean page branded with your org's name showing exactly what they're paying for and the amount.
• A secure Stripe checkout form right there. They pay; you're notified; the request is marked paid.

Tied back to the source:
• A request raised from a job, order, or event stamps that record when it's paid, so you're never reconciling by hand. You can void an unpaid request any time.

Requirements:
• Your org needs Stripe connected and charges enabled (see "Connect Stripe to get paid"). The minimum charge is $0.50.
