Get a daily email of new bid matches

Each board can email the people on it once a day with the notices it found that they have not been told about before.

To get the email:
Open the Boards tab, press Edit on a board, and check "Email me new matches daily". Save the board. Each person turns this on for themselves; a board also keeps anyone an editor already added.

What arrives:
One email per day per organization, listing up to 50 new matches across every board you are on, highest score first, each with its agency, its board, its due date and a link to the notice. A day with nothing new sends nothing.

Who can receive it:
Only members of your organization. Someone who leaves the organization stops receiving it on the next run, even if a board still lists them.

To stop it:
Uncheck "Email me new matches daily" on the board, or use the unsubscribe link in the email, which turns off digest emails from Turtini for that address.
