Sponsor benefits for your team (employer guide)
Group Benefits at /benefits lets your organization offer health and benefits to its team — with a plan slate tailored to your actual company, not a generic broker quote.
Build a slate:
• On "Design a plan year", tap "Build my slate". Turtini ranks the available plans using your company's own facts — number of employees, how long you've been in business, your state, and your verified EIN. These come from your org and workforce records. No employee's health data is ever used to build the slate.
Pick what to sponsor:
• Select the plans you want to offer. Set how much of the employee-only premium your company will cover (the employer contribution), a minimum tenure to be eligible, and the enrollment window.
• Save it as a draft to keep working, or open enrollment to make it live.
What your team sees:
• Once a plan year is open, your workers find it in their own /me/insurance under "My benefits" and enroll there. The employee/employer cost split is computed for you.
A note on pricing: ACA major-medical plans are community-rated, so neither you nor your employees can change those premiums with health data. See "Why your health data can never raise a major-medical premium".
