Schedule a flight with pricing tiers and ancillaries
Flights are scheduled from the Schedule tab.
To create:
1. Schedule tab → "+ New flight"
2. Aircraft (from your fleet)
3. Departure airport + scheduled departure datetime
4. Arrival airport + ETA
5. Pricing tiers — at minimum one fare class. Common pattern: Economy / Plus / First with progressively higher base fare. Each tier has its own seat allocation (capped by aircraft capacity).
6. Optional ancillary add-ons — extra bag, in-flight meal, ground transfer, lounge access. Each has its own price.
7. Save → flight is published.
When a passenger books, the booking line stores the chosen tier + every ancillary they bought. Folio surfaces tally cleanly into Accounting. Ancillaries can also be added post-booking via Wally's `aviation_postAncillaryCharge` tool — useful for upsells at the gate.
Cancel / reschedule:
- Open the flight → "Cancel" or "Reschedule" — booked passengers are notified and refunded (cancel) or moved (reschedule).
