AvMiles loyalty — top members, redemptions, member portal

AvMiles is the built-in loyalty program. Members earn miles when they fly your aircraft and redeem them for future flights, upgrades, ancillaries, or tours.

Earning rate:
- Configured in Settings → AvMiles. Default: 1 mile per fare-paid dollar. You can tier (e.g. First class earns 1.5x).
- Miles are accrued the moment the flight closes paid; no manual action needed.

Redemption:
- Members redeem from the customer portal (/me → your booking → "Use AvMiles").
- Redemption rate is configured globally (e.g. 100 miles = $1 toward fare).

Operator view (Aviation → AvMiles tab):
- Total program members and outstanding miles liability.
- Top earners and top redeemers.
- Per-member ledger.

Wally `aviation_avMilesTopMembers` returns a sorted list with month-over-month growth — useful for a "let's reward our top customer" decision.
