Sending an assessment to a customer

You can send any assessment to a customer so they can fill it out themselves from their Turtini account.

1. Open the assessment in the detail panel
2. Click "Send to Customer"
3. Enter the customer's email address
4. Optionally toggle "Send blank" — this clears any existing answers so the customer starts from scratch rather than seeing your pre-filled responses
5. Click "Send Assessment"

The customer receives an email with a direct link to the questionnaire. Once they submit it, the assessment status changes to "Customer Responded" and their answers appear in the Results panel.

While waiting for a response, the assessment shows an "Awaiting Customer Response" state with the email it was sent to. Use "Resend Email" if the customer didn't receive it.

You cannot edit an assessment that has been sent to a customer (to avoid overwriting their in-progress work). To edit your own responses again, send a new copy or use "Send blank" to reset it.
