Creating and completing an assessment

To create a new assessment:
1. Go to Assessments and click "New"
2. Select an assessment type (VMA, Ansible, or AI Readiness)
3. Optionally link it to an account from your CRM — type to search
4. Click "Start Assessment"

Filling out the questionnaire:
• Assessments are divided into sections — navigate between them using the section tabs or the Next / Back buttons
• Radio questions marked with a red asterisk are required; you must answer them before advancing
• Checkbox questions are optional and capture multi-select context
• On the final section, an optional Internal Notes field lets you add private observations that won't be shared with the customer
• Click "Save Draft" at any time to save progress without submitting
• When you're ready, click "Submit & Score" on the last section

Once submitted, the assessment is scored out of 100, assigned a readiness tier, and shows recommended next steps. You can edit responses at any time by clicking "Edit" in the detail panel.
