What are Presales Assessments?

Presales Assessments are structured questionnaires that help you evaluate a customer's technical readiness before starting a migration or modernization engagement. Each assessment produces a scored result and places the customer in a readiness tier with recommended next steps.

Three assessment types are available:

VMware Migration Assessment (VMA)
Evaluates readiness to migrate from VMware to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization. Produces a Migration Ready / Guided Migration / Complex Migration tier.

Ansible Automation Readiness
Assesses the customer's current automation maturity and readiness for Ansible Automation Platform. Produces an Enterprise Ready / Structured Program / Foundation First tier.

AI/ML Readiness Assessment
Measures infrastructure, data pipeline, and team readiness for AI and ML workloads. Produces an AI Ready / AI Emerging / Foundational Work Needed tier.

Assessments can be filled out by your own team (presales self-assessment) or sent directly to the customer to complete in their Turtini account.
