Approval policy
Your org can require admin approval before articles go live.
To configure:
1. Go to Settings → Modules → Articles
2. Toggle Articles on
3. Choose a policy:
• Publish directly — admins and owners can publish immediately; members save drafts (default)
• Require admin approval — members must submit drafts for review; an admin approves before publishing
When approval is required:
• Members see a "Submit for Review" button instead of Publish
• Admins see submitted articles in the Pending Review tab
• Admins click "Approve & Publish" to make the article live
• Approved articles can be unpublished or archived at any time
