Certify a contractor pay application (G702)

When the contractor issues an AIA G702 pay application on BuildOS, it shows up here for your architect-certification.

To certify:
1. /archos → Pay app cert tab
2. Open the pay app — review the G702/G703 PDF (link in the card)
3. Set the **amount certified** — may differ from the contractor's "current payment due" if you're withholding for cause (e.g. defective work, missing lien waivers)
4. Optional notes (mandatory if withholding)
5. Type your signature name and click "Certify pay app"

The architect cert fields write back onto the contractor's pay app in real time — they see the amount certified + your notes + your signature. The owner sees the same numbers in their owner portal.

You can re-certify (e.g. after the contractor cures a defect). Each re-certification timestamps fresh.
