ASIs — Architect's Supplemental Instructions
An ASI is the architect's formal way to clarify or change something mid-build. AIA G710 is the industry-standard form; we render an equivalent.
To issue:
1. /archos → ASIs → "+ New ASI"
2. Title and description (what's changing + why)
3. Optional rationale
4. Optional estimated cost impact + schedule impact — informational; the contractor finalizes pricing in a Change Order if applicable
5. Save as draft, then "Issue to contractor" when ready
On issue, a Verified-by-Turtini PDF auto-renders and the linked BuildOS contractor sees the ASI in their tray. If cost/schedule impact applies, the contractor can spawn a Change Order from the ASI — that CO id is stamped back on the ASI here for the audit trail.
ASIs are formal records — withdraw rather than delete to preserve the trail.
