Re-accommodate passengers after a delay or cancellation

Set your recovery policy once, then build a plan for any delayed, cancelled or diverted flight.

The policy (Disruptions tab):
• Who is seated first when seats are short. The default is unaccompanied minors, passengers needing mobility assistance, tight connections, families with young children, then booking time. You may add fare paid or loyalty status; if you do, every passenger is told so.
• Whether a seat in another cabin may be offered, and how many hours later an alternative may leave.
• Care, the same for every fare: a meal voucher after a delay you choose, a hotel night when the new departure is the next day, and transport to it.

To recover a flight:
1. Post the delay, cancellation or diversion to the flight's timeline first.
2. Disruptions tab -> choose the date and flight -> **Build plan**.
3. Review it. Every passenger to the same destination sees the same flight options; a refund is always one of them on a cancellation; waiting out a delay is offered only when the assigned crew is still within your confirmed limits.
4. **Send options to passengers**. Each passenger receives their options, the seat held for them, and their care.

In this release your agents complete the rebooking a passenger chooses.
