Broadcasting a harvest to wholesale buyers

When a harvest is ready, you can broadcast it to your wholesale buyer network — restaurants, farmers' markets, farm stands, and CSA shareholders — straight through Turtini, without an email blast or a phone tree.

How it works:
1. Open the Harvests tab and pick the harvest (or log a new one — crop, quantity, unit, quality grade, lot ID, storage location). Logging a harvest auto-generates a provenance PDF tied to the lot.
2. Open the Broadcasts tab → + New broadcast. Pick the harvest, set asking price ($/unit), floor price, pickup window, and target buyer kinds (restaurant / farmers market / farm stand / other / CSA).
3. Broadcast. Only buyers your farm has previously linked (via the Buyers tab) get the offer — Turtini doesn't spam the wider network.
4. Buyers see the offer in their Farm Offers inbox and respond reserve / pass. A reserve auto-posts an AR entry on your books and a draft bill on theirs (if both orgs run Accounting).
