Scouting and treatments — REI and PHI windows

Scouting logs a field walk-through — category (pest, disease, weed, nutrient, water, wildlife, mechanical, general), the finding, severity, location, photos, and Wally's suggested response (when you've asked for one).

Treatments log every pesticide, fertilizer, herbicide, fungicide, or biological application — EPA reg, applicator license, target pest, dilution, the REI window (Restricted-Entry Interval — minimum hours workers must stay out of the field after spraying), the PHI window (Pre-Harvest Interval — minimum days between application and harvest), and the weather at the time of application.

What the windows do for you:
• While a field is inside REI, the daily risk feed flags it — workers locked out — so the next morning's briefing tells you which fields are off-limits.
• While a field is inside PHI, the same feed flags it — harvest blocked — so a buyer's "ready to ship" request doesn't accidentally trigger an early harvest.
• The Wally tool ag_reiStatus answers the same question on demand: "which fields can workers enter today?"

Scoutings and treatments can be logged by any org member; editing or deleting is editor/admin.
