My Roles — the trustee positions you accepted for others

Other people may have named you as their trustee. The My Roles tab is your inbox for those positions.

For each role you see:
• Who named you
• Which scopes you hold (subscriptions, orgs, data, care, memorial)
• Whether the attestation has opened, and if so, the current state of the 30-day window
• Pending sealed notes for you (only readable after attestation)

Actions you can take:
• **Accept** an invitation — once you accept, you cannot quietly back out; you can later resign in writing (logged).
• **Decline** an invitation — the inviter is notified so they can name someone else.
• **Co-sign an attestation** — review the proof the initiating trustee attached, then sign.
• **Stop an attestation** during the 30-day window if you have reason to believe it was opened in error.

Being a trustee is a real legal-adjacent responsibility. The platform records every action so your behavior is auditable; that's the protection for both you and the person who trusted you.
