Read your quest metrics
The **Insights** tab shows how your quests are actually doing.
The number that matters most is **Second Quest Rate**: of the people who finished a quest, how many chose to start another one. Everything else can look healthy while this number is flat, and a flat number means you have an activity, not a habit. Read it first.
Also on the tab:
- **Quests started** — raw demand.
- **Completion rate** — of the quests started, how many were finished. A low rate usually means a route is too long, a clue is too hard, or a stop is failing verification.
- **Stops verified** — total arrivals across all quests. Useful for talking to partner businesses about real footfall.
- **Average rating** and recent written feedback.
When completion rate drops on one quest, walk it yourself. In practice the cause is almost always a single stop: a coordinate that is slightly off, an arrival radius set too tight, or a clue that made sense to the author and to nobody else.
