Photo prompts and moderation

A stop can ask the visitor to take a photo — of a detail, a view, or themselves at the place.

Every uploaded photo goes through the platform's image moderation pipeline before anyone can see it. That is automatic and not optional. A photo is held as **pending** until it clears, and nothing renders it while it is pending or after it is rejected.

What this means in practice:
- A visitor may finish a stop before their photo is visible. That is expected; the stamp does not wait on the photo.
- Flagged photos land in **Admin → Moderation** for a human decision. Approving makes the photo visible; rejecting deletes the file and hides the record permanently.

Be deliberate about photo prompts on quests aimed at families. Ask for the building, the sign, or the view — not for pictures of the people walking the quest.
