Get notified when you make a sale
Every owner and admin gets an email the moment someone buys from your organization — an event ticket, a festival pass, a gift card, an online order, or a dues payment. The same alert lands in your notification bell.
The email tells you what sold, the amount, and who bought it, with a link straight to the record.
Nothing to turn on — sale alerts are on by default for every organization.
To send them somewhere else instead (a box office inbox, a shared team address):
1. Open Account (/account) and go to Email & Alerts.
2. Under Sale alerts, enter the addresses in "Send to", separated by commas.
3. Click outside the box to save.
Leaving that box blank is the normal setup — it means every owner and admin gets the alert. Filling it in replaces that list for the email; the bell still lights up for your admins either way.
To mute them for yourself without changing anything for your teammates:
1. Open Account (/account) and go to Notifications.
2. Find the Sales row and turn off Email, In-app, or both.
To turn sale alerts off for the whole organization, switch off the Sale alerts toggle under Email & Alerts. Buyers still get their own receipts and tickets — that's separate and always sends.
If you're not seeing sale alerts, check in this order: the Sale alerts toggle is on, the "Send to" box doesn't point somewhere unexpected, your own Sales row under Notifications is on, and you hold the owner or admin role in the organization (members and editors don't receive these).
